Giveaway rules

Who runs it

The giveaway is run by amalgam audio, Riga, Latvia (“we”, “us”). It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by TONE3000 — we’re celebrating our followers there, that’s all.

Who can enter

Anyone 18 or older who owns a guitar, from any country in the world except Russia. Entries from Russia are not accepted and cannot win.

amalgam audio team members and their immediate families can’t enter. The giveaway is void wherever local law prohibits it.

How to enter

Answer the qualifying question, submit your email address on the giveaway page, then click the confirmation link we send you. Your entry only counts once your email is confirmed.

Entry is free — no purchase needed. One entry per person. Entering with several email addresses gets every one of them disqualified. Already a confirmed subscriber? You’re entered automatically.

When

Entries open when the giveaway is published and close on Sunday, 18 October 2026 at 23:59 Riga time (EEST). Entries confirmed after that don’t count.

The prize

There are 3 winners. Each winner gets 10 amalgam audio capture packs of their choice, for any platform we make captures for — the winner picks the amps and the format.

Prizes are digital and delivered by email or download link within 14 days of the winner telling us their picks. They can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred to someone else.

The draw

Winners are drawn at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes and announced on Monday, 19 October 2026. We email each winner directly and post the results on our Instagram, using first name or username only.

A winner has 14 days to reply. If we don’t hear back, we draw a new winner in their place.

Marketing emails

By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from amalgam audio — our newsletter, new capture releases, promotions and offers.

You can opt out at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. But note: you must still be subscribed at the time of the draw to win. If you’ve unsubscribed by then, your entry is removed.

Your data

We use your email address to run the giveaway and send the emails described above. It’s stored with our email provider, never sold, and never shared with anyone else. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time, in line with the GDPR.

The small print

We can disqualify entries that break these rules or try to game the draw. If something outside our control gets in the way, we may change, pause or cancel the giveaway and will say so on this page. Our decisions on the draw are final. These rules are governed by the laws of Latvia.
